The final round of the pre-qualifying draw was completed on Monday and the 16 pre-qualifers had a quick turnaround as they had to play again in the opening round of the qualifying draw. Below are the guys that came through pre-q’s:

The 16 pre-qualifers went a combined 7-9 in the 1st round of the qualifying draw as Perez, Salazar, Mee, Matheson, Rivera, Lopez, and Amilon picked up wins. Matheson (12.54) had a big upset over Arkansas’s Michael Redlicki (14.61) with Redlicki’s UTR 2.07 higher than Matheson’s. Matheson has played well this year also picking up wins over Georgia’s Emil Reinberg and Georgia Gwinnett’s Matias Hatem at last months Southern Intercollegiates in Athens.
