Ohio State sophomore, and ITA No. 1, Mikael Torpegaard became the first Buckeye since Blaz Rola in 2013 to advance to the NCAA semifinals. Mikael Torpegaard, Skander Mansouri, Mackenzie McDonald, and Dominik Koepfer were the guys still playing in both the singles and doubles draw coming into today while Hayley Carter, Danielle Collins, Breunna Addison, Luisa Stefani, and Maegan Manasse were the girls still in both.Mackenzie McDonald was the only guy to advance to the quarterfinals in both singles and doubles while Hayley Carter was the only girl to do it.According to TRN’s projections Mackenzie McDonald has the highest probability (30%) of winning on the men’s side followed by Mikael Torpegaard (18%) and Aleks Vukic (13%).
