The Sub .500 Manifesto and the Arkansas Aftermath: What should be done?

By now most of you have probably heard that the Arkansas women played Tennessee State 6 times yesterday to get their record up to .500 so they could qualify for the NCAA Tournament.  Since I tweeted about this on @college10sranks I’ve been swarmed with replies and messages.  Let me start by saying the point of this post is to propose a solution, not whine about something without offering a solution.
