Ranking Projections, UTR Top 10 By Country, Beilinson Podcast With Michael Woodson, & Upcoming Schedule

The next set of ITA rankings will be coming out on Tuesday afternoon and I have the top 40 for you on my rankings tab (premium). There won’t be a lot of movement in the men’s top 10 but there will be some with a certain team from Texas known for the “Hat” expected to be back in the top 10 for the first time since early in the season. On the women’s side I’d expect to see a nice jump for Georgia Tech after its big win at North Carolina plus a team from the Magnolia State will make a big move into a prime position after a pair of weekend wins.  By Wednesday afternoon I’ll have my real-time rankings with each teams...

Season Ending UTR Top 10s (All Divisions)

Now that we’re officially in the college tennis off-season I thought I’d take another look back at the year-end singles rankings across all divisions.  The one way to compare the rankings across divisions is to use each player’s season ending Universal Tennis Rating so what I did is I pulled the UTR Top 10 from each division then at the bottom I have them combined into one list.  While Division 1 is by far the deepest you can see there are good players throughout all divisions.UTR Top 100 Range:Division 1: 13.90-15.23 (447 above 13.00, 82 above 14.00, 4 above 15.00)Division 2: 12.09-14.26 (18 above 13.00)Division 3: 11.74-13.07 (2...
