The draws are out and we are less than 24 hours away from first serve of the 2015 National Indoor Intercollegiates in the NYC. The tournament starts on Thursday morning and finishes on Sunday. ESPN3 will have streaming video of the semifinals and finals on Saturday and Sunday. Ken Thomas of RadioTennis.com will broadcast all weekend, the USTA has a live blog that will run, and Columbia will provide live scoring so as a fan you should be covered from all angles.

Hiltzik had the highest ATP ranking around 570. He ended up losing to the eventual Champion in the quarters who he beat in a close match at the NCAA in the spring. So it looked like the seeding was correct

I thought that was odd too. They obviously didn't seed based off the preseason rankings and didn't use UTR – most of the seeds had strong falls so they must have used fall performance but that still wouldn't explain Hiltzik getting an 8 seed.
How can they seed Hiltzik when he did not play one ITA match this Fall and only got in due USTA WC, which is funny in itself since USTA is divorcing ITA
